Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing of the services of EMC Marriage Media. By registering as a member, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. General Rules and Office Hours

Our official service hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. We do not facilitate any match-making without the involvement of a legal guardian. Service is not provided solely under the supervision of the bride/groom.

2. Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, the client must submit: A complete and accurate Biodata. Three (3) copies of presentable 4R size photographs. A photocopy of the National Identity Card (NID).

3. Accuracy of Information

Providing false or misleading information to any party is strictly prohibited. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information lies solely with the client. EMC Marriage Media shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from false information.

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via Cash, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Bank Account, or Account-Payee Cheque.

5. Presence of Representatives

From the moment of membership until the completion of the marriage, an appointed representative of EMC Marriage Media must be present at all formal discussions or events between both parties. Alternatively, all updates must be reported to the agency in a timely manner. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the presence of our representative at all wedding festivities (e.g., Engagement, Gaye Holud, Wedding, and Walima).

6. Verification and Decision

Making Before finalizing the wedding date, both parties are responsible for conducting their own private background checks on the bride/groom. Decisions regarding the Denmohor (dower), wedding dates, and other related matters must be mutually agreed upon by both parties. EMC Marriage Media will provide assistance only where necessary.

7. Marriage Fees and Arrears

An Account-Payee Cheque for the marriage fee must be submitted in advance during registration. The fee becomes payable immediately upon the finalization of the marriage. If a member meets a prospect through us but arranges the marriage privately without informing the agency, they are legally bound to pay the full outstanding balance as per the contract. If the marriage is settled through personal efforts or other means, the agency must be notified immediately.

8. Media and Promotion

As proof of success, the client grants EMC Marriage Media the right to use wedding photos/videos for promotion on social media and online platforms.

9. Social Responsibility

EMC Marriage Media provides marriage assistance services for orphans and underprivileged individuals free of charge.

10. Legal and Behavioral Conduct

No undue pressure can be exerted on the company regarding service delivery or the marriage process. Clients must refrain from any form of verbal abuse or misconduct toward the agency's representatives. Violation of any terms will compel EMC Marriage Media to seek legal action through its legal counsel. Conclusion Marriage, life, and death are in the hands of Almighty Allah. We commit our utmost sincerity to our efforts, but the final outcome must be accepted with grace by the client
